John Scrimgeour

John is Archer Knight’s chairman and has been a mentor to the company since its inception. He is an industry veteran with more than 30 years’ experience in the oil & gas sector. His career has included Chief Operating Officer at Gaelic Energy and heading up E&P regional offices for Suncor, Perenco and Occidental and he has extensive international experience in Europe, Africa, South America, Australia and the Middle East. John is a senior advisor to Gneiss Energy and has also held board positions at the OGTC and Aberdeen University. He is an investor in Archer Knight.
